PressReady Studio (“we”, “us”) sells downloadable, print-ready digital artwork at pressreadystudio.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, email address, billing address and order details when you make a purchase.
  • Account information: username and email if you create an account. Account passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing.
  • Google sign-in: If you choose to continue with Google, Google authenticates you and sends us your Google account identifier, name and email address. We use these details to create or link your store account and let you sign in, and keep them with that account. Our sign-in settings do not retain your Google profile photo or access token. A temporary sign-in cookie helps secure the connection to Google. To request removal of your Google sign-in link or account data, contact hello@pressreadystudio.com.
  • Payment information: Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. PressReady Studio provides the artwork, usage license, file delivery and product support. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and download activity, collected through cookies and server logs.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

How we use your information

  • To process orders and deliver your download links
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests
  • To prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing of licensed files
  • To send order-related emails (receipts, download links)
  • To send marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time
  • To improve our store and products using aggregated analytics

Cookies

We use cookies required for the website’s basic functions. Google Analytics, which we use to measure visitor statistics, runs only when you consent to analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice using the “Cookie settings” button.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics), and only as needed to provide their service, or when required by law.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you delete your account. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@pressreadystudio.com.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
