Your files are available as an instant download after payment is confirmed. A download link is also provided in your account and order email.

Each product page lists the files included in that purchase. For additional file format requests, please contact us. Availability and any additional fees will be assessed separately.

Commercial use is allowed when the product includes a commercial license. Please review the license terms on the product page before publishing or selling your work.

You can use the download links on the order confirmation page and in your order email. If you have an account, open My Account → Downloads or Orders. For access problems, email hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number.

No. PressReady Studio sells digital artwork only. Nothing is shipped by mail, and your files are delivered online.

Email hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Available payment options are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card details.

No. You can check out as a guest and download from the confirmation page and email. Creating an account lets you re-download your files anytime from My Account → Downloads.

No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping fees. Digital download links become available after payment is confirmed and the order is completed.

We do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds after digital files have been downloaded. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase; we will provide a working file or, if we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund. Accidental duplicate purchases are refundable. See our Refund Policy for details. Any consumer rights that apply by law and Lemon Squeezy’s refund policies remain unaffected.

Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

For our current Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas designs, the v1.3 license allows you to create and sell unlimited finished physical products, including through print-on-demand services. You may provide the file to a print provider or POD service solely to produce your physical products; the provider receives no independent license. Review the full commercial license before use.

You may not sell, share, give away or offer the standalone digital files as downloads, stock, templates or digital bundles, even after modification. Limited transfer to a production provider is allowed only under the license conditions. Do not register the supplied artwork as a trademark or claim it as your own original design. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions and the included license.

For our current Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas designs, you may modify colors, size or layout, or combine the artwork with your own work, solely to produce the licensed physical products. Mockups and marketing are allowed solely to promote your own physical products made using the artwork. This does not permit resale or redistribution of digital design files.

PNG files are high resolution (typically 4500 × 5400 px at 300 DPI) with a transparent background. When a product includes an SVG file, it is vector and can be scaled to any size.
