These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pressreadystudio.com and every purchase of digital artwork from PressReady Studio. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Digital products

For our current Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas designs, your download is a ZIP containing a transparent PNG (4500 × 5400 pixels, with 300 DPI metadata) and a commercial license TXT file. No physical item, mockup or editable source file is included. SVG, AI and PDF files are not included in the standard package. For additional file format requests, please contact us. Availability and any additional fees will be assessed separately. Once payment is confirmed and the order is completed, download links are provided on the order confirmation page and in the order email. If you have an account, you can also access your files under My Account → Downloads.

Commercial license

For our current Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas designs, each purchase includes the PressReady Studio Commercial Use License v1.3. The license is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the supplied artwork. It is not transferable to another independent user, except for the limited production-provider permission below.

You may create and sell finished physical products, including apparel, using personal production, a professional print provider or a print-on-demand (POD) service. There is no quantity limit on finished physical products made under this license.

You may modify colors, size or layout, or combine the supplied artwork with your own work, solely to produce the licensed physical products. You may use the artwork in mockups and marketing solely to promote your own physical products made using it.

You may provide the artwork file to a print provider or POD service solely to manufacture your finished physical products. The provider must not sell, share, redistribute or use the file for other customers, and receives no independent license. You must ensure the provider’s terms and file handling are consistent with these conditions.

You may not sell, redistribute, share, give away or make publicly available the standalone artwork or downloadable package, whether original, modified or combined with other work. Do not offer it as a digital download, template, stock asset or digital design bundle. The limited production-provider permission above is the only exception to the standalone file-sharing restriction.

Modification or combination does not grant exclusive rights to the supplied artwork or permission to register it as a trademark. Do not claim the supplied artwork as your own original design. These conditions do not claim rights to your independent original work. Do not use the artwork for unlawful, defamatory or hateful purposes.

Keep your purchase receipt as evidence of your license. These are commercial-use terms, not a government certificate, trademark registration or copyright registration. The terms applicable to an earlier purchase are not retroactively reduced by this version. For other products, review the license supplied and offered with that product before purchase. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. PressReady Studio provides the artwork, usage license, file delivery and product support. The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests, faulty-file issues and duplicate purchases are handled under our Refund Policy. Any consumer rights that apply by law and Lemon Squeezy’s refund policies remain unaffected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or unauthorized sharing of files.

Disclaimer and liability

Files are provided “as is”. Please check that your printer or print provider supports the file format and dimensions before printing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
