These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pressreadystudio.com and every purchase of digital artwork from PressReady Studio. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Digital products

All products are digital files (such as PNG, SVG, PDF or ZIP bundles). No physical item is shipped. After payment is confirmed, download links are available on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and under My Account → Downloads.

Commercial license

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork as follows:

  • You may print the designs on physical products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, posters, etc.) and sell those products, including through print-on-demand services such as Printful, Printify, Etsy, Amazon Merch and similar platforms.
  • You may modify, recolor, resize or combine the artwork with your own work.
  • You may use the artwork in mockups and marketing for the products you sell.
  • You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away the digital files themselves, whether original or modified, or offer them as downloads, templates or stock.
  • You may not register the artwork, or products based mainly on it, as a trademark, or claim it as your own original design.
  • You may not use the artwork in anything unlawful, defamatory, or hateful.

Copyright in all artwork remains with PressReady Studio. For extended or exclusive licensing, contact us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or unauthorized sharing of files.

Disclaimer and liability

Files are provided “as is”. Please check that your printer or print provider supports the file format and dimensions before printing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
