Delivery Policy

All PressReady Studio products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.
How delivery works
- Instant access: as soon as your payment is approved, download links appear on the order confirmation page.
- By email: the same links are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- In your account: if you created an account, your files are also available under My Account → Downloads.
What you receive
Each product page lists the files included, for example a high-resolution transparent PNG (4500 × 5400 px). You receive exactly the files described on the product page.
Delivery time
Delivery is normally immediate. In rare cases, a payment may be held for a security review. Your download links will become available as soon as the payment is approved.
Delivery area
Because products are digital, they can be delivered to buyers anywhere. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Problems with your download
If a link does not work, a file will not open, or you did not receive the email, contact hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number. We reply within 1–2 business days and will send a working link or file. See our Refund Policy for refunds on faulty files.
