Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.
When we will help
- Corrupted or faulty file: if a file will not open or is not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a working file or, if we cannot fix it, issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
- Download problems: if your download link has expired or does not work, contact us and we will reset it.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded
- Incompatibility with software or print providers that was stated in the product description
- Printing results caused by printer settings, materials or third-party print services
How to request help
Email hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
